Who
Who we are looking for
Applying as a model is part of receiving care. Please read the following first.
- Aged 19 or olderMinors cannot apply. Consent to the use of photographs can only be given by the patient in person.
- Willing to have photographs and records keptBefore-and-after photographs and follow-up records are taken, and you agree to the clinic using them within an agreed scope.
- Able to keep the scheduled visitsPre-operative screening, the procedure itself and follow-up visits are all required. If the schedule cannot be arranged, we cannot proceed.
- Ready to confirm suitability at a consultationApplying does not mean the procedure is decided. A board-certified plastic surgeon examines you first and then judges whether it can go ahead.
About
What happens after you apply
Terms of participation differ by procedure and by individual condition, so they are explained in person at the consultation. No prices are given on this page.
The consultation comes first
The director sees you in person. Whether or not you continue as a model, the findings of the consultation are explained to you exactly as they are.
The scope of photo use is put in writing
Where the images may appear, for how long, and how much of the face is shown are all agreed in advance and recorded in writing.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time
If you change your mind after agreeing, tell us. We stop further use and retrieve material already in use as far as that is possible.
Process
How it works
Four steps from application to procedure. You may stop at any of them.
Send the application
Leave your name, contact number and the procedure you have in mind. What you write is used only to prepare the consultation.
Phone call and scheduling
A coordinator calls you, answers your questions and arranges a date you can visit.
Consultation and suitability
The clinic runs by appointment only. The surgeon examines you and explains whether and how the procedure can be done.
Consent, then the procedure
After you consent in writing to the agreed use of images, the procedure and follow-up visits go ahead.
Apply
Application form
Just your name, a contact number and the procedure you are interested in. Everything else is discussed at the consultation.
We call back within one to two working days. If we cannot reach you, we try once more the next day.
Notice
Before you apply
- Results and recovery differ from person to person, and the change you hope for may not appear.
- Every procedure carries the possibility of side effects and complications. The risks and how they are managed are explained at the consultation.
- If a procedure is judged medically unsuitable, it will not be carried out even after an application.
- Photographs and records are used only within the scope you have agreed to, and use stops when consent is withdrawn.
- The personal details in your application are used only for the consultation and selection, and are destroyed once that purpose is met.
