Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
①No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from an internet website on which the intent to refuse the collection of email addresses is stated.
②No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph ①.
③No one shall use for information transmission email addresses that they know are prohibited from collection, sale and distribution under paragraphs ① and ②.
