• A reading list of the clinic blog (originals are hosted on an external blog)
• Receipt of treatment model applications
• Introduction of videos from the YouTube channel (Kim Jong Myeong TV)
• Posting of statutory notices such as non-covered medical fees

②The Clinic does not offer membership registration on this website and provides no member services requiring an ID and password. Visitors use the services above without any sign-up procedure.

①Care and treatment information posted on the website is general guidance and does not replace an individual diagnosis.

②Treatment results may vary by individual and side effects may occur, so a thorough consultation with medical staff is required before any procedure.

③Posted content may change without prior notice as medical technology and product information change.

①An online consultation/booking request is a request for receipt, not a procedure that confirms your place in the schedule. The schedule is confirmed by a confirmation call from the Clinic.

②The Clinic operates 100% by appointment, and requests received outside clinic hours are reviewed in order on the next clinic day.

③Users must provide accurate information when submitting a request and must not misuse another person's information.

④Requests submitted with false information may not be processed without prior notice.

①The lookup password you set when submitting a consultation exists solely so that only you can read the reply. The Clinic stores it in hashed form and therefore cannot tell you the original value.

②You are responsible for managing this password. The Clinic is not liable for access resulting from sharing it with others.

③If you forget it, you may receive the reply by telephone after identity verification.

①This website has no message board where visitors post directly. What you send the Clinic is limited to what you write in the consultation/booking form and the model application form.

②The Clinic may refuse or delete content that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of others, or is sent repeatedly to interfere with the operation of the website.

③For treatment model applications, the use of photographs and progress records follows the consent given in the application form and the scope agreed during consultation; you may withdraw consent at any time.

Copyright in content posted on the website, such as text, images and videos, belongs to the Clinic or the rightful holder, and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted or used to create derivative works without prior consent.

The Clinic is not liable for temporary suspension of the service due to causes beyond its control, such as natural disasters, communication failures or system maintenance. The service is resumed as soon as the cause is resolved.

Disputes arising in connection with these Terms are resolved by mutual consultation between the Clinic and the user; where consultation fails, applicable laws and commercial practice apply.
