PIGMENT

Pigment removal

Pigment settled in the dermis, treated with low-power toning spread across sessions

Procedure timeAnesthesiaDaily lifeHospital stay · sutures
Approx. 15 minNoneImmediatelyNone

TONING

Pigment settled in the dermis, cleared step by step with toning

Deep pigment with indistinct borders, such as melasma, is not removed in one go. We work at a low power the skin can tolerate, spread across sessions.

Low power is delivered to the dermal layer to act selectively on melanin. Sessions are spread according to depth and response.

  • Delivery by pigment state
  • Lighter recovery
  • Selective energy delivery
  • Tone and texture together

RECOMMENDED

If this is your concern, pigment lasers come first

  • Melasma, blemishes, freckles and pigmentation
  • Acne marks and redness
  • Facial flushing or dark circles
  • Lost firmness and more fine lines

AFTERCARE

Before and after treatment

  1. BeforeMedical history

Light sensitivity, herpes history or active melasma: tell us in advance.

  2. TreatmentLow power · sessions

We start at low power and spread the sessions.

  3. AfterAftercare

When you go out, apply sunscreen of SPF 30 to 50 or higher carefully, and use moisturiser generously so the skin does not dry out after treatment.

Recovery speed varies from person to person.

MOLE

Mole removal

A CO2 laser removes deeply seated moles while limiting damage to surrounding tissue

WHAT IS MOLE REMOVAL

Narrow passes, repeated, leaving the surrounding tissue

Mole removal is a procedure that delivers a CO2 laser narrowly in several passes to remove the mole while limiting damage around it. Within about 10 minutes, topical anesthetic ointment.

Because it reacts with water-rich tissue, the same device handles age spots, warts and corns, skin tags, tattoos and scars.

PROCESS

Narrow passes, repeated: how a mole comes off

Size, depth and position are checked first, then we proceed while reducing heat to surrounding tissue.

  1. Narrow passes, repeated: how a mole comes off 01 — Pre-treatment check01

    Pre-treatment check

Size, depth and position are checked and a topical anesthetic ointment applied.

  2. Narrow passes, repeated: how a mole comes off 02 — Narrow, repeated passes02

    Narrow, repeated passes

The CO2 laser is delivered narrowly, several times, to limit heat damage.

  3. Narrow passes, repeated: how a mole comes off 03 — Right after treatment03

    Right after treatment

A shallow wound remains; we provide regenerative ointment and aftercare guidance.

  4. Narrow passes, repeated: how a mole comes off 04 — Recovery · follow-up04

    Recovery · follow-up

New skin comes up; for deep moles we decide whether more treatment is needed.

RECOMMENDED

If this is your concern, mole removal comes first

  • A mole so large it is a source of stress
  • A tattooed beauty spot to remove again
  • A quick session and a quick recovery

AFTERCARE

Before and after treatment

  1. BeforeCleansing · anesthetic cream

The area is cleansed and anesthetic cream applied before we begin.

  2. Right afterRegenerative tape

To protect the area and help the skin regenerate, regenerative tape (a moist wound dressing) may be applied.

  3. RecoveryAftercare

So the skin settles and recovers well after mole removal, consistent aftercare as guided by the medical team matters.

Recovery speed and the degree of any pigmentation vary from person to person.

HOW WE REMOVE

How milia and skin tags are removed

Small white bumps around the eyes and cheeks. A small channel is made in the surface and the keratin inside removed.

    Skin tags

Small flaps of loose skin on the neck, underarms and eyelids. Removed by laser or simple excision depending on size and thickness.

DIVA POINT

The smaller the lesion, the more the order of looking matters

  • 01

    Identifying the lesion

Milia, a skin tag or another condition: we confirm first.

  • 02

    Matched to size and position

Thin skin around the eyes and clusters on the neck call for different methods.

  • 03

    Delicately, only where needed

Size and depth are weighed so healthy skin is not irritated.

  • A bumpy skin surface under makeup
  • Skin tags catching on clothing or accessories

FRAXEL

Fraxel

A laser that resurfaces in fine fractions while leaving healthy skin in place, for scars, pores and skin renewal

Procedure timeAnesthesiaDaily lifeHospital stay · sutures
Around 30 minTopical anesthetic ointmentImmediatelyNone

Planned as about 3–4 sessions at 3–4 week intervals; more sessions may be needed depending on the skin.

WHAT IS FRAXEL

Healthy tissue preserved, fine, fractional resurfacing

The Fraxel laser resurfaces the skin in fine fractions while preserving the healthy tissue around them, and is used for acne scars, pores, surgical scars and skin renewal.

Rather than one strong pass, it is spread over about 3–4 sessions at 3–4 week intervals, starting at low power and building up session by session.

DIVA POINT

Not one strong pass, but several, spread out

  • 01

    Cleansing · anesthetic cream

The area is cleansed of any residue and anesthetic cream applied before we begin.

  • 02

    Starting at low power

To limit side effects we start at low power and add sessions.

  • 03

    Cooling · regeneration · hydration

Thorough cooling, then regenerative and hydrating care to finish.

RECOMMENDED

If this is your concern, Fraxel comes first

  • Acne scars and enlarged pores
  • Scars left after surgery or injury
  • Rough texture and skin that is slow to renew

AFTERCARE

Before and after treatment

  1. BeforeCleansing · anesthetic cream

The area is cleansed and anesthetic cream applied before we begin. Please tell us in advance about a history of herpes, light sensitivity or active melasma.

  2. Right afterCooling · scabs

Swelling lasts about 1–3 days and redness 3–5 days; small scabs fall off on their own around days 5–7. Do not pick the scabs.

  3. During recoveryHydration · sun protection

Apply moisturizer often and use SPF 30 or higher sunscreen when outdoors. For about 2 weeks avoid exercise that makes you sweat, saunas and alcohol, as well as alcohol-based cosmetics, scrubs and peels.

Skin condition and recovery speed vary from person to person.

OUR PRINCIPLE

We do not choose the device first, we look at how deep the lesion sits.

Pigment, moles and milia form in different layers. Checking the depth and dividing sessions the skin can take is what avoids a mark.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

QDoes mole removal leave a scar?

Narrow, repeated passes limit damage around the mole, but a mark may remain depending on its depth and location and your skin's response. Recovery time and aftercare are explained before treatment.

QHow many sessions does a tattoo take to remove?

It depends on the pigment's color, depth and extent and on the individual. We look at your condition at consultation and advise the sessions and intervals needed.

QWhich pigment is toning suited to?

Toning uses a laser that reaches the dermis for deep pigment with indistinct borders such as melasma. We start at low power and set the sessions and intervals by the skin's response.
