Frequently asked questions
Q10THERMA, Doublo Gold or V-MAX: which should I have?
It depends on the layer and degree of sagging and skin thickness. Sometimes one is enough, sometimes they are combined in sequence. We decide after seeing your condition at consultation.
QDoes it hurt during treatment?
10THERMA and Doublo Gold are performed after a topical anesthetic ointment and you may feel heat. V-MAX is performed without anesthesia, and intensity is adjusted during treatment.
QHow long does the effect last?
Collagen regeneration proceeds gradually after treatment, and how long it lasts depends on your skin condition and lifestyle. We advise individually at consultation.
QHow is it different from facelift surgery?
Lasers contract tissue with energy without incisions, whereas a facelift directly lifts and fixes the sagging SMAS layer. If sagging is already structural, surgery may be right, and we guide you accordingly at consultation.
